I offer systemic therapy for families, couples and individuals in Lewes and the surrounding area
My hope is to create a space for you to talk and be heard in a safe and confidential environment, to understand every person’s needs and establish how we can work together to bring about positive change
It is not about looking for blame or finding fault but about using the resources you or your family has to shape your future lives and relationships. I am comfortable with family groups of all ages from young children to grandparents.
I will work both face to face and with online video conferencing.
Some of the situations that people bring when they work with me include
Our family is struggling with the impact of Covid-19 and being in lockdown together
I am worried about my child’s behaviour at home or at school
We are struggling with how to help our anxious and depressed teenager
I am concerned about how my separation or divorce might affect my children
We disagree about how to parent our children
My partner and I are constantly arguing
My family is facing challenges with physical or mental illness, bereavement, trauma or stressful changes
There are difficult things we would like to talk about safely in our family
We would like to be able to understand and support each other better
We want to make changes that will help improve our family life
